About the Department

The department renders a wide range of anaesthetic, peri-operative and pain management services to all surgical specialties and sub-specialties, including neuro-anaesthesia and organ transplant anaesthesia. It looks after anaesthetic care in the operation theatres during all types of surgical, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. It has a team specially dedicated to cardiology and ICU cases, as well as a dedicated team of many senior anaesthetists who along with their associates and other staff provide round-the-clock service.
