Achievements

Dr.Hashir Safwan completed MBBS at KMC, Mangalore and MS-Ortho paedics at Kottayam Medical College,Kerala. After the completion of Masters, he returned to Mangalore and became apart of the Heafford Ortho Care. His keen interest in Spine and an ambition to establish himself as an accomplished spine surgeon drove him to pursue further training as an AOSpine Fellow in Amrita Hospital, Cochin and in Toronto Western Hospital/SickKids, Toronto, Canadaunder Dr. Stephen Lewis.

Dr.Safwan is an adept Spine surgeon dedicated to patient care and recovery. Acknowledging the importance of properdiagnosis, Dr.Safwan strives to deliver treatment throughboth-best conservative methods and skilled surgical methods using latest techniques and minimally invasive as well as endoscopic methods.

Presently under Heafford ortho care he conducts OPD in highland hospital. Also admits patients in Indiana hospital, Unity hospital and Indira hospital. He is also working as associate professor of orthopedics and heads
the spine team at Kanachur institute of medical sciences.
