The Department of Nephrology offers highest level of renal care in clinical, critical care nephrology, dialysis, and renal transplantation. It has a rich tradition of pioneering work in Nephrology in coastal Karnataka and north Kerala, especially in peritoneal dialysis (PD), haemodialysis and renal transplantation and will continue to strive to provide the highest standards of care for patients with acute and chronic renal disease.
